Magnificence of the Tsars is an amazing book filled with wonderful information about the costume of the Imperial Russian court. Rarely studied in Russia or abroad, the book commemorates the first exhibit of the clothing outside of Russia, where it is usually housed in the Kremlin Armory. This is an amazing book for any fan of Russian history, fashion history, or anyone who simply wants to see how the tsars and their attendants dressed to play their parts in imperial Russia. The ability to have this information in the English language is invaluable to any student of Russia's past, and the photographs from the exhibit are absolutely stunning.
