The second clause of the will of George Russell provided in part: "I give and
... After Susanna's death it was provided that Longlands should pass to the trustees of the testator's freehold and
copyhold estates to be held upon the same
same trusts as said freeholds and copyholds, but it is not clear from the
words of the will whether the stock and crops also passed under this clause
