A trainload of state-of-the-art Russian nuclear ICBMs set out from Kiev to Odessa to be disarmed. But all that arrived in Odessa was a shipment of obsolete, ineffective missiles. Bogner has to use all the high-tech resources at his disposal to unravel the tangled plot and prevent the delivery of the missiles.
