Think you got abandoned and you live with your aunt and an other girl and somehow the women that is taking care of you, your aunt, is dead so you barrier her in your back yard. As a nine year old girl I read this book and it was great! Stella and Angel are strong after Louise dies and somehow Angel and Stella can live like adults without getting supervised for a month. It made me sad when Angel went to live with her aunt. It made me think, " Why cant Stella's mom come pick her up?" It also made me said when Louise died and it made me think, "What is going to happen to Angel and Stella?" THIS book really teaches me about friendship and how it can help you get through hard times.    Sofia, 9 years old
