This book does a fantastic job of analyzing what makes presentations work. It provides simple, clear guidance on how to make ideas easy for your audience to digest. Nancy Duarte uses vivid examples of what great presenters do:
- Serve as a guide to the audience and help them experience new possibilities
- Build interest through contrasts in content, emotion, and delivery
- Create memorable moments
- Provide a way for audience members to take action in a way that is meaningful to them
A valuable read for all professionals that need to effectively influence and communicate with others (aka all).
