About the author (2002)

Kathy Helidoniotis is the author of five books in the "Horse Mad" series and numerous other books for children. Horse-crazy herself, Helidoniotis divides her time between riding, writing, reading and teaching.

David Bedford and Leonie Worthington collaborated on the playful early childhood concept books "Big"; "Big & Small";" Tails"; "Toes"; "Tums"; "In-o-saur, Out-o-saur"; and "One-o-saur, Two-o-saur," Leonie Worthington is also well known as an illustrator of the "Bananas in Pyjamas" picture books.
