About the author (2003)

Wayne Bryant Eldridge is a veterinarian, as well as founder of Eldridge Animal Hospital, Pets First Veterinary Center, The Pet Place Veterinary Center, and Access Veterinary Care in San Antonio, Texas, where he has practiced his profession for over 30 years. He has written and lectured extensively on animal behavior and the human-animal bond.
