I translated it into Chinese and it was published by the Hong Kong Marriage Council in 1972. Many of us find the information and concepts in this work inspiring and useful.

This book was written in 1968 but is still one of the most thorough and helpful accounts of marital difficulties and their causes. Society has changed to some extent, but the underlying problems that Dr Dominian analyses - dependency, deprivation and other related issues - remain as threats to the stability of a marriage. The book should be reissued.
