About the author (1969)

August W. Rihaczek received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Munich. Dr. Rihaczek is vice president of MARK Resources, Inc. in Torrance, California. He is recognized as one of the worlds leading experts in radar technology. He has over 40 years of experience in the field.
