About the author (1993)

Feil is the Executive Director of the Validation Training Institute, Cleveland, Ohio. She is the creator of Validation, a state-of-the-art therapy recognized throughout the world for its effectiveness with older people diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia or related disorders.
