About the author (2003)

Martin Shervington is a leading-edge international consultant working in the UK and Europe, the United States, and Asia. He applies NLP techniques in organizations committed to increasing levels of personal development, creativity, and effectiveness. As an international author, he has written numerous articles and books on NLP for training and organizational consulting.

Will Sutherland served 17 years as Housemaster at Aiglon College in Villars-sur-Ollon, Switzerland. During his time at Aiglon he kept a 36-foot sailing sloop at Antibes in the Med and regularly took students on Adventure Holiday courses to learn to sail and, above all, to gain self-confidence.
