Bonding While Learning helps parents teach their young children to read and write through engaging, relationship building activities. You won't find any worksheets or drills here. You will find opportunity after opportunity for parents to spend quality time with their children that develops their children's literacy skills.Since learning doesn't only happen at home, Bonding While Learning also contains a number of special Out-And-About Extension Activities that families use in the car, during walks, while waiting in line, and when waiting for food to be served at a restaurant. All of the paper materials needed for the activities are included, giving families much more time to use the book's activities (rather than preparing for them)!Read reviews here.

If you're looking for a resource that you can use to spend great time together with your child while helping her to improve her reading and writing skills, Bonding While Learning is your book. What's so unique about it is that while it focuses on academic skills, it doesn't make the time you spend together feel like school or work. A friend referred this book to me, stating that her child actually wanted to do the activities in this book. I'm finding the same with my own child.
