The notes on Pilsner alone make this book worth its price. Plenty of information on style, process and ingredients to set a beginning brewer on a good path or assist an intermediate brewer in tweaking the recipes they already had for these styles. Glad I have it in my library and will be brewing the Myburger this weekend and look forward to as many of the others as I can fit in before the end of this brewing season.
