This book provides an excellent source of information covering a wide range of health issues. Additionally, it addresses relaxation methods that work well. The largest benefit gleaned from this book however, was in the natural remedy section. This section covers vitamin stacking and when to take certain vitamin supplements for best results. The vitamin stack for increasing your immune system has allowed me to prevent catching the common cold and to avoid the flu for going on 5 years now. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in overall health and natural remedies over prescribed medications.
