Very elementary and very dated. This is suggested reading of you are in the computer security field and need to become acquainted with basic virus terminology, what a computer virus is or elementary concepts in how a virus is created and distributed. This is not a manual on virus construction and many of the techniques mentioned are well known and protected against. Basic reference material.
Awesome book for it's day. My introduction to both viruses and x86 machine/assembly language.
