Co-incidences happen to everyone on a regular basis. Usually we shrug them off and forget them. However, when we start to catalogue coincidences we are in for a surpise. They begin to grow more frequent and, moreover, they tend to form a pattern as if conveying a secret message. The author has collected together a wealth of coincidences in all sorts of circumstances; some playful, some hilarious and some dramatic. In the beginning of the book the author asks what exactly is a coincidence. At the end of the book a tentative answer is given.
