Not being a vegan, but having many vegan friends, I've always felt inadequate to feed them. I would like to have this book because I appreciate the full vegan menus presented within. The menus seem yummy but I would have liked to have pictures of the food. Read full review

Robin Robertson is one of America's foremost authorities on vegan cooking. She writes regularly for VegNews magazine and has contributed to national publications such as Vegetarian Times, Cooking Light, Better Nutrition, and Natural Health.
