MELLANIE HILLS is the founder of Knowledgies, a consulting firm specializing in helping Fortune 500 companies develop knowledge strategies with intranet and groupware technologies. With more than 20 years of experience in business and IT, she led JC Penney's Internet and intranet project and is the author of Intranet Business Strategies (Wiley).
