The author could have simply explained in detail the reference manual "Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan". A flowchart of the process and organization of chapters by each block would be cool.
Very little explanation of Control Plans, control methods etc. The control plan is a living document and adjusted with life cycle of the product. Often, production complains about delays by inspection and quality control. Suggestions for real world issues would be helpful.

He is a certified quality engineer for the American Society of Quality Control, a certified manufacturing engineer for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, and a graduate of BSIIs ISO 900 lead assessor training program.
