SO. GOOD. It's not nearly as dry as the name would imply. Think lost tribes. Think humans being natural born runners. Think about a story line woven with history, science, and a narrative to pull it all together. It's so well written, that I'm in complete awe (unlike this review). Read full review

User Review  - Brigid - Goodreads

I don't know what it is about reading about ultramarathonners that has me so enthralled....but just like Scott Jurek's Eat and Run, this book kept me engrossed, gave me something to think about in my own (smaller scale) running, and gave me some health advice in the mix. It's a great read. Read full review
