Review: The Sports Pages (Guys Read #3)

User Review  - Gloria - Goodreads

Another fun collection from Guys Read. A bit more of a three-star for me, as I must admit I am not a big sports person and perhaps didn't relate to as well as others. Still, fun, for me insightful and I learned about the Mendoza Line !!! Read full review

Review: The Sports Pages (Guys Read #3)

User Review  - Carrie Shaurette - Goodreads

This mediocre collection is lacking in play-by-play action. The only standout stories include "How I Won the World Series" by Dan Gutman and "The Trophy" by Gordon Korman. Also, for anyone reading this collection in its entirety, covering the Curse of the Bambino in two stories is overkill. Read full review
