These kind of books are "cute". I find the book as a great reference if you already know the language. There is no way in hell you can learn a language framework as large as C++ in 21 days! You may be able to read through it, breeze through the examples, but to learn is to be versed and put into practice what you know and be quizzed and solved as right or wrong. I would recommend anyone who wants to learn C++ to take a course! But if you already know the language, it is a great reference! I keep this text in my library.
