I felt like this book was a good introduction into the world of policy advocacy. I appreciated how Jansson broke down the steps and made the learning relatively easy. The book truly defines what it takes, on a logistical side, to advocate and create policy.
The political bent made it difficult to read, I had to weigh through the political agenda to understand the points he was trying to make. I often laughed at the obvious political tendencies of the author. Text books should display facts, not personal opinions.
