This cookbook is my no-fail, all time FAVORITE. There is nothing in this book that doesn't work. My bread recipe is from here too. I have bought other moosewood books, but for me NOTHING COMPARES to this one. It's coming with me to the desert island. It goes well with my organic garden. Read full review
