European Committee of Social Rights Addendum to Conclusions Fifteen-two (Ireland)
The European Charter is a Council of Europe treaty which guarantees social and economic human rights. This addendum contains the national report on the implementation of the Charter in Ireland, which arrived too late for inclusion in the earlier addendum. The conclusions of the European Committee of Social Rights are given concerning conformity of national legislation with specific articles of the Charter.
