About the author (2006)

Little received a masters degree in psychology and doctorate in counseling from Memphis State University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in counselor training for addictive behaviors treatment. He is a member of the North American Association for the Study of Obesity and the American Counseling Association.
