About the author (1989)

Kroeger is the founder of Otto Kroeger Associates, a psychological and management consulting firm located in Fairfax, Virginia. He has served as consultant for such organizations as AT&T, Xerox, IBM, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Thuesen is Managing Partner of Otto Kroeger Associates. She conducts seminars on interpreting typological skills. She has been a teacher and counselor and has served as Assistant Director of Organizational Development at the White House.
