About the author (2011)

Paul Karr has been visiting the Maine coast since he could walk and has lived on the coast part- or fulltime for more than 20 years. Today he divides his time between Maine and New York. Paul is the author or co-author of more than 25 guidebooks, including Frommer’s Vermont, New Hampshire & Maine, while writing articles for Sierra and Sports Illustrated, among other publications.
