A triumph of covert investigation and interactive journalism, this book meets headon CAIR's traditional approach of intimidation, legal pressure and bare-knuckle aggression. "Muslim Mafia" strikes deep into enemy territory. Using information gleaned directly from CAIR's own files, it reveals a subversive organization intent upon an American twilight, a ruthless organization that combines the religious shield afforded to Islam (protecting it from authorities) with the incestuous fidelity of the mafiosi (protecting it from penetration by outsiders). The claims of the authors might be dismissed as over-the-top paranoia if not bolstered by CAIR's documentation; also lending a measure of credibility to Gaubatz and Sperry are the extraordinary legnths CAIR has gone to unleash a legalistic jihad that has no other aim but to suppress the book and ban if from America, proving that with CAIR freedom of speech is a one-way street.

This is the most ridiculous, unprofessional work I have ever seen. How do you even come up with the title such as "Muslim mafia"? This book is vague, based on limited, bias and week evidence and uses mindless fear tactics to alienate large Muslim minority in the US and create needless conspiracy theory. For a good read and strong unbiased research about American politics trends and influences one should direct their attention to the work called The Israel Lobby by John J. Mearsheimer, Stephen M. Walt.

Paul Sperry is a genius. A brilliant book with exceptional insight.
