Humanity is at a crossroads, where it has to decide whether it wishes to live in a bright future or a dystopian dark age. By making a decision one way or the other, humanity is creating its reality. Through the power of consciousness, humanity has the ability to create a global and transpersonal shift in consciousness to a much higher level. This book demonstrates that such a wide-reaching shift is possible through the realization that everything and everyone is interconnected. This book is one of the first of its kind to put forth scientific evidence to support its transcendental self-growth message. By giving the reader the knowledge and tools necessary for the creation of a consciousness shift, the collective consciousness can be affected in such a way that each individual can help in creating a massive global consciousness shift. Several tools, methods, and guidelines are provided to help bring about such a monumental change. It is the author's intent to stir up a spirit of action and change in respect to altering one's modality of thought and perception of reality.

This book is party of the consciousness movement and explains how through a personal inner transformation we are able to collectively transform society and move it away from a path that would lead to a future without much hope towards one where humanity isn't in constant conflict with itself by having the realization that everyone and everything is part of a vast interconnected consciousness matrix.
It's written in a nice writing style that is unfussy, clear, easy to take in (without letting the message become watered down as many current personal transformation books tend to do). The book is also nicely structured has content that appeals to both the heart and mind which is something that seems to be quite a rarity these days. This is an amazing book and to see that the author is so young yet is able to write on such a level is reassuring that there is hope in the next generation. I like the way he tries to bring several themes together in one book and supporting the message with science (most books in the self-growth genre tend to not even have sources for their messages whereas this book has ~75 sources in it's bibliography). All in all, this is a very useful book to someone in the field of personal development.
