I was so pleasantly surprised to find this scanned book available on Google Books! I've found a couple of pages poorly scanned (when studying Isaiah 60 and James 1), and there are likely others. But I can live with that to have the rest at my disposal. My sincere gratitude to the person(s) involved in this project! Other scanned Rotherham available in Google Books.
