This is a good, upbeat book with big print and lots of white spaces. Just what you’d expect from the One Minute Manager writing for the one-hour reader. Still, there’s a nice metaphor (and is it true or is it just a story?). Read about how one man turned around the worst performing factory in the group by paying attention to the people. Nothing to do with NLP, unless you count in the way the book is written and the message it carries

What utter nonsense hucksterism! Can you imagine executives at a major financial company buying into this nonsense: "Gift of the Goose," "Way of the Beaver," and shoveling this bullsh*t to their employees. Blanchard and Bowles are laughting their way to the bank. Their next book should be titled "The Emperor's (Executive's) New Clothes."
