2 exercises: single arm press up and pistol squats explored at length. Lots of enthusiastic, empirically based, confident assertions and advice. Engaging with plenty of padding, but if you want to be able to do either exercise this quite clearly tells you how. Read full review

About the author (2004)

Pavel Tsatsouline, is a former Soviet Special Forces physical training instructor, who helped Dragon Door Publications initiate the modern kettlebell movement.
