Austin is co-author, with Tom Peters, of the bestseller A Passion for Excellence. She is a leading authority on building swift and lasting organizations to succeed. Nancy has written extensively for many magazines and journals. She has been a contributing editor at Working Woman, a columnist for 1099 (a webzine for independent professionals), and today is a contributing editor for INC. magazine.
