This book made me look back and really see deeply what it's like from the non-american side of illegal immigration and the families who make their living off the books. Very well written. I would recommend it to my friends.

This book is a great book for children who always think of themselves to learn that you should be greatful for what you have. Who needs a fancy phone or ipod or anything that is a waste of money that you can get for a cheaper phonre and one that lasts longer.

This is the story of a family living during the great depression. Parents and their children alike traveled and worked in fields to support eachother.

This is a book about the travels and inherent difficulties for Miguel, the child of migrant farm workers in California. He has difficulty in school because he doesn't speak English well, and moves around so much. He is not old enough to work in the fields yet either, and he is constantly looking for ways to contribute.

Good book about the struggle that immigrant families face when trying to make a life in our country.
