There are some comments in this book which are not correct Raja Parikshit Narayana of Koch Hozo died in Triveni( Allahabad) He was confined there by Jahangir for he did not submit to the emperor. His brother Balinarayana was killed in the battle with Lakhminarayana by mistake. Hence The Raja of Darrang installed by Pratap Singha was Darmanarayana who did not come from Koch lineage. He was actually a Brahmin who fought well against Mugals hence was made king of Darrang and he was the brother of another Parishitnarayana of Vaikunthapur Sata and was a Brahmin. You will also notice that there is some gap about the timing of his taking over as king.
It is also not correct to say that kingdom of Darrang ended with the death of Dhamanarayana it went up to 1826
