This book has helped me tremendously and I would recommend it to anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain.
This book outlines step-by-step how to deal with this debilitating condition. While the book "Headache in the Pelvis" is also a valuable resource, it is not a "how-to" book and its authors state as much multiple times.
That's why I would recommend this book first for someone who wants to become empowered to overcome this condition.
