About the author (1996)

Lee C. Drickamer retired from Northern Arizona University in 2009. He is the co-author of several widely used textbooks in animal behavior and mammalogy. His lifelong interest in history has resulted in several books as well, including Leaders in Animal Behavior: The Second Generation, co-edited with Donald Dewsbury.
