As a gradually coming out CD, I was immediately moved by the authors observation that male crossdresssers have the major disadvantage of not accumulating a lifetime of "tips" and "secrets"; from makeup to complexion to hair. I know these shortcomings well: I had m own natural hair grown out down to my tush, and I could never get the body or shine that women w/ similar hair got. And I'm finally aware of proper makeup applications, at age 43! The bulk of the constructive knowledge I gained here wwas delivered as subtle and occasionally bold admonishments to " be aware " of our lifestyles commonality, Xdressing being one of the more frequent and, surely, least risky forms of fetish one could practice. Kudos to Mr./Ms. Anders; his book has emboldened my outlook on my personally valuable lifestyle an has motivated me to be more open about who I am, and also what I can achieve as an aesthetically conscious individual. I credit this book with providing me the final, crucial power to be myself, proudly.
