Iu the cases of sale of the said estates, the bids shall be made with the condition of paying in money the interests, which the corporations shall take care to apply to their objects. 813. Services how Estimated.--2. In order to estimate the services, the payer (censatario) of an anunity, or the lessee, ami the representative of the corporation, shall appoint each one au expert, and a third person in case of disagreement; but if the representative of the corporation should refuse, after previous judicial notice, the judge of the first instance shall act in his place and make the appointment of an expert, and the first political authority of the partido shall make the appointment of the third person for the disagreement. 814. L'xufrucluaries.--3. The estates in which the corporations, at the publication of the law, only had the property in fee, the usufruct being constituted in favor of another, shall be adjudicated to the usufructuary (usufructuario) according to the amount of the rent, if at that date they were rented; in the contrary case, or in the case of the former occupying them for himself, they will be adjudicated to him immediately, appraising, in the manner provided in the preceding article, the rent which must lie paid at the end of the usufruct. In conformity with article 10 of the law, after the three mouths the subrogation of the denouncer or the sale will take place, transferring immediately in all eases the property without prejudice to the subsistence of the rights of the usufruct to its termination, in which it shall be consolidated with the property of the new owner, who shall then pay the interests to t...
