Shannon Howard is a regular contributor to Country Almanac, Country Decorating Ideas, Paint D-cor, Quick & Easy Decorating, and Creative Home. She spent several years living in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she quickly became enamored with Southern folklore. She now lives in Missouri.
