About the author (1997)

PAUL B. FARRELL, JD, PhD, is Editor of Wall-Street-News, an Internet broadcaster. Earlier, Dr. Farrell was Executive Vice President of the Financial News Network, an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, and an editor at the Los Angeles Herald Examiner. A frequent contributor to the financial press, his other books include The Investor's Guide to the Net and Expert Investing on the Net, both published by Wiley.
