Review: Bony-legs

User Review  - Kami - Goodreads

This is getting a four star rating because my seven year old loved it so much! She read it and I read it to her and she read it again. It's a fun story and a good early reader book, but I really don't understand why it was her favorite. Anyway, it's a retelling of Baba Yaga. Read full review

Dirk Zimmerman is a great illustrator. And a little Russian fairy tale never hurt anybody. (Wish Cole had kept her Russian name, "Baba Yaga." It just sounds grander than "Bony-Legs.") Read full review
