Personally, I just loved this book even though it's filled with just about nothing but the hardships in Jeannette's life. If you look closely, and/or read between the lines, you can see, just how much, it will change her, like when she's living in Welch with her dad's supposedly biological, raised-by-them, parents. I actually found this book a bit of an inspiration myself!

The Glass Castle
I love to read memoirs, I found this one at the library for $.10 or something! I have recommended this book to friends, family, and anyone who wants a great book to read. Love her story, how she writes, the emotional tale she tells about growing up. Beautifully written.
