I have read this book, and like all my Great Grandfather's books it's well written and full of history for researchers. I have the Autobiography of Albert Ross Hogue, and I love hearing about his travels through life. I'm proud to be his Great Grandson, and I hope his books are around for your research and enjoyment for over a 1000 years. I also want to thank Google books for their efforts to preserve these books forever.

This book offers a good recollection of the past for Fentress County. A history that was in danger of being lost. I look forward to future editions to this book and more books preserving the past for Fentress County. Read full review
