Marlena Spieler has done a nice job in this book. Her different ways of looking at common Mexican dishes will have you looking for ways to change your favorite recipes.
Although I do not consider this to be a Tex-Mex cookbook, you will see some familiar terms and ingredients.
I would have liked to have seen more technique descriptions but overall this is a well-written and thought-out book.
