A fascinating read-- a little bit overkill; it got a little unwieldy trying to keep everyone straight- all in all an intersting insight into how the government works.

Ernest May is Charles Warren Professor of American History at Harvard University.

Philip D. Zelikow was executive director of the 9/11Commission. He is the White Burkett Miller Professor of History at the University of Virginia.
