With his uniquely American novel Semi-Tough, Dan Jenkins earned national praise--and laughter that still resounds. This non-stop, hilarious novel reaffirms Jenkins' reputation as "a national treasure" (Houston Post) as it chronicles one year in the life of irreverent sportswriter Jim Tom Pinch.

Jenkins is a great satirist. His send up of the Final Four alone is worth the read. Read full review
