If you like chocolate (or even if you don't but you are interested in the origins and rise of companies) then this book is a great read. It is very well written and very informative. I as a chocolate eater was fascinated to hear how all the confections I know and all the brand names I know and all the companies that I have heard of line up. It all makes sense after reading the book.
The book is well written and the language easy and pleasing.
