Ibought this book six to eight years ago in nursing school for pharmacology. and still review this book every now and then. An excellent book for a nursing student. I gives you from aA to Zinc in drug calculation and very good review questions at the end of each chapter. I stand by this book 101%. I will definitely rate this book five stars.

About the author (2004)

Gloria D. Pickar, R.N., Ed.D. is President and Chief Academic Officer of Compass Knowledge Group in Orlando, Florida. She is a former Academic Dean at Seminole State College in Sanford, Florida, and is among our most successful Delmar authors. In addition to nine editions of DOSAGE CALCULATIONS, the most popular dosage calculation book on the market, she wrote Dosage Calculations: A Ratio Proportion Approach, 3rd Edition.
